    Having been to The Lodge twice, we absolutely loved it. However, when trying to book their luxury suite 6 months in advance for our honeymoon (as you do), they were totally unwilling to take the booking as it was so far away. A booking would only be taken for the Luxury suite 2 weeks in advance, given it will be school holidays. This was because they could lose money by not renting the entire lodge unit to families. We thought that it was a disgraceful presentation of customer service, and are being forced to make alternative arrangements for our honeymoon. It is safe to say that they have now lost returning customers. Very poor show Shoalhaven Lodge, very poor.
